In this blog we will show you how to make pistachio kunafa cheesecake at home with a simple and easy taste.
Step-1 Preparing the Cheese
Ingrendiants:
2 cups milk
½ cup malai (cream)
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp vinegar
Firstly take one bowl, put it on a flame and pour 2 cups of milk in it. Add ½ cup of malai and mix it well and boil on high flame. To make milk curd first we have to take a small cup with two tbsp of water and one tbsp of vinegar in it and mix well.

After boiling milk, turn off the flame and add this vinegar water into milk and mix it well with this phone continuously. By mixing continuously the milk will appear yellow in colour. After becoming yellow, strain the milk in a bowl and keep it aside.
Step -2 Preparing the Kunafa Base
Now take one packet of seviyan (semiya) on a plate and cut it into small pieces. After taking the Pan, add one butter and roast the seviyan on low flame. Roast the seviyan for 3 to 4 minutes in a pan and keep on the side for cool down the seviyan.
Now take the milk which we strain in a bowl and take the milk cream in a blender and add one pinch of salt, add two tbsp of straine water in it. And blend it in pulse mode. After blending, take cheese in a cup and now cream cheese is ready and keep aside while.
To make pistachio kunafa we have to make pistachio spread
Step -3 Making the Pistachio Spread
Ingredients
70 grams pistachios
60 grams white chocolate
20 grams condensed milk
3 tbsp milk
Firstly take 70 grams of pista in a blender , add 60 gm of white chocolate, add 20 gms of condensed milk, add 3 tbsp of milk.

And blend it well and transfer to a small cup and keep aside. Now the pistachio spread is ready and keep it in jar.
Step -4 Mixing the Kunafa with Pistachio Spread
Now take the seviyan, which we keep aside to cool down and add 3 tbsp of pistachio spread in the seviyan. Mix well with the spoon for 3 to 5 minutes. After that take 3 – 4 small cups of bowl and add each one tbsp of pistachio spread in small cups.
Press the pistachio kunafa with the spoon in cups into all edges of cups. Half pack pistachio kunafa very tightly into the cups and keep aside.
Step -5 Preparing the Cheesecake Mixture
Ingredients:
⅓ cup non-dairy whipping cream
½ cup cream cheese
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp cheesecake mixture
2 tbsp pistachio spread
To make cheesecake we have to make cream web. Take one bowl, add ⅓ cup of non dairy whipping cream and web the cream until it becomes soft and thick.

Now take the cream cheese cup which we keep aside and take another small bowl add ½ cup of cream cheese, add 2 tbsp of powdered sugar in it. And web the cream for 10 – 20 sec and mix well. Now add 2-3 tbsp of cheese cake in it and web the cream and mix well.
After that, add two tbsp of pistachios spread cream in that and web the cream until it becomes soft.

Step -6 Assembling the Dessert
Now take the pistachio kunafa cups which we keep aside. After that, take the creamy mixer and pour on the pistachio kunafa cups at the top with a piping bag or you can keep the cream with normal. By piping the bag it is easier to spread the creamy mixer on all edges of cups. And place it in the fridge for 15 minutes to cool.

After 15 minutes take out the pistachio kunafa cups from the fridge and add some pistachio spread on top of the cups if there is space. Spread the pistachio spread and grannies with some sompu mixture. Again keep the cups in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step -8 Serving & Enjoying

After 1 hour, take the cups from the fridge and finally now the pistachio kunafa cheese cake is ready to eat, crispy and delicious.
