Ingredients Required:
-1 tbsp sabja seeds (soaked in water for 10 mins)-
½ litre milk-
2 tbsp sugar-
2 tbsp milk powder (optional, for richness)-
2 tbsp rose syrup-
100g jelly powder-
350ml water (for jelly)Falooda sev (or semya)
-2 tbsp crushed ice-
-2 scoop ice cream (any flavor)-
-1 tbsp tutti frutti
-2 tbsp of chocolate syrup
-Dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios – finely chopped)
How to make royal falooda recipe – A step-by-step guide

Step -1 : Soaking Sabja Seeds
First we have to take 1 tablespoon of sabja seeds in a bowl and pour some water in it and soak it for 10 minutes. And keep aside for a while.
Step -2 : Preparing Dry Fruits & Rose Syrup
Now take dry fruits. If you want any dry fruits you can, we take dry fruits like Badam, cashew nuts and pista and cut them into small pieces in a cup.
And now prepare the rose syrup on your own or you can bring it from outside the market and take the rose syrup in a cup while keep a side.
Step -3 : Cooking Falooda Sev
Bring the falooda sev from outside the supermarket or purchase online or use semya instead of falooda sev. To boil the falooda sev, take one bowl put in the flame and pour half litre of water in it. And boil the falooda sev and turn off the flame, drain out and transfer to cool water, keep in refrigerator.
Step -4 Preparing Thickened Milk
Then after taking one bowl, put it on the flame and pour ½ litre of milk in it, depending upon how many you make a glass of falooda. Now add 2 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of milk powder (optional) . By Adding the milk powder to the milk, the falooda gets very rich and the milk will become thick and tasty.
And mix the milk with no lumps, and boil the milk like bubbles come. Mix the milk with a spoon every 10 seconds. Turn off the flame after milk has become thicker and completely cool it down or pour it in bowl and keep in the refrigerator.
Step -5 : Making Jelly
To make the falooda recipe we make jelly pieces, take one pan, put it on a flame and add 350 ml of water in it. Add 100g of jelly powder, mix the Powder until it dissolves in water. Heat the dissolved jelly water until it bubbles. After bubbles turn off the flame and transfer the liquid to a plate and keep a side completely cool it down.
After 10 to 15 minutes the liquid will become harder. After a while, keep it in the refrigerator to chill for sometime. After half an hour take the plate from the refrigerator and cut it into small pieces with the spoon or knife. Then take one cup and put small pieces in the cup and now Jelly is ready.

Step -6 : Serving process
Firstly take two glasses and add 2 tbsp of crushed ice in two glasses, add 1 tbsp of chocolate syrup in each glass. After add 2 tbsp of rose syrup in glasses, add 2 tbsp of boiled semya, add 2 tbsp of soaked sabja seeds, add 1 tbsp of jelly that we prepared, and keep the jelly on the side.

Now add 1 scoop of ice cream ( your choice) and dd ½ tbsp of tutti frutti or any other fruits ( cut into small pieces). And finally fill the glasses with chilled milk and at the top of the glasses garnish with dry fruits, jelly, rose syrup and tutti frutti.
