
The Secret to Perfect Green Mango Chutney – Simple & Quick: – Every Indian likes Mango chutney which has a very spicy taste in it. Delicious Mango chutney is packed full of spices and sour. One tablespoon of Mango chutney takes a salad to the next level.
Mango chutney is the Indian recipe which most people love. Mango chutney is made by cutting the mango into small pieces or shimmering grated. This Mango chutney is one of the many ways to enjoy it during the summer season.

Ingredients for Green Mango Chutney
Main Ingredients:
– 2 sour and hard raw mangoes (grated)
– 300 ml peanut oil (palli oil)
Spices & Seasonings:
– 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
– 2 tbsp mustard seeds
– 2 tbsp cumin seeds
– ½ tbsp aniseed (saunf)
– 4-5 curry leaves
– 15-20 garlic cloves
– 5-6 dried red chilies
– ½ cup red chili powder
– ¼ cup salt (adjust as per taste)
– ½ tbsp turmeric powder
– ½ tbsp water (for roasting spices)
I am going to show you how to make mango chutney. Try it with these measurements. It turned out perfect the first time I made it. First, I took two mangoes for this mango chutney. While taking mangoes, take mangoes should be sour and hard. Wash these mangoes very clean and wipe them dry, then remove the entire skin on top and grate them like this.

After grating them like this, now let’s measure them. You can take any bowl or glass which is in your kitchen to measure this. After greeting the mangoes, take them into a cup. I got a total of two cups of mango chutney here. I am giving the measurements for these two cups of mango chutney.
If you want to make more chutney or less chutney, follow these measurements. Take the grated mango chutney in a bowl and set it aside.
Roasting & Grinding the Spices
Now, put a pan on the stove and add half a tbsp of water in it. Add a tbsp of fenugreek seeds and fry them on low flame. Fry the fenugreek seeds lightly, add a tbsp of mustard seeds and fry them. There is no need to fry the mustard seeds for too long.

Fry them on low flame for two minutes and turn off the stove. Now transfer the mixture in a bowl and cool it down. After they have cooled completely, grind them finely and set them aside.
Mango chutney Cooking Process
Now let’s fry the chutney which we have put aside. Put 300 ml of oil in a pan. Grate two cups of mangoes and add 300 ml of oil. I used palli oil here. Palli oil gives the chutney a good taste.
After the oil is well cooked, add half a tbsp of fenugreek seeds, two tbsp of mustard seeds and two tbsp of cumin seeds. When the mustard seeds crackle, turn off the stove.
After turning off the stove, take 15 to 20 garlic cloves and fry them in that pan. Also, add five to six dried chilies. Add half a tbsp of aniseed and also add 4-5 curry leaves and mix well.
When we turn off the stove as soon as the mustard seeds are cooked, the whole thing will get cooked very well. Now let the mustard seeds cool completely. Before they cool we have to mix the chutney.

Mixing the Chutney
We should add half a cup of chili powder to the two cups of grated mango we have measured. We should add half the amount of chili powder that we have taken, and then we should add a ¼ cup of salt. If the mangoes are not that sour, reduce the salt and pepper a little.
Then after we should add mustard seeds and fenugreek powder which we should keep aside to dry. Next, add a ½ tbsp of turmeric to this and also add the completely cooled mustard seeds in it.
Resting & Serving

Now mix the chili seeds well in this mustard seed. You can eat this chili immediately after mixing it, but if you leave it for a day, it will be even tastier. Press the chilies a little in this way with a spoon, cover it and let it leave for a day.
No need for more days, one day is enough for the chutney to produce soup in it. Check it by the next day. The chutney is ready. That’s it. The very tasty mango grated chutney is ready.
It will be very good if you add this chutney to hot rice in the morning and add a little ghee while you eat it.
