No-Oven Eggless Mango Milk Cake | Quick Summer Treat – I try this Eggless mango cake recipe at home and it had a delicious taste. Sometimes you feel like baking at home. Then you don’t have to worry, this blog is for you. Because I am also like that, I feel very lazy while baking. But whenever I bake, I find ways to make it easy at home. So today I am making a cake which I have made very easily.

For which you don’t need an oven, microwave oven, moulds, etc. Without all these things you can make a cake in a frypan. You just need a frypan in which the cake will be made in 15-20 minutes on the gas.

A soft sponge is made on top of the cake. And then I am going to make a fresh mango milk cake. We will soak the sponge in mango flavoured milk. We will add some whipped cream and freshly cut mangoes. And when you eat it, the cake will be soaked in the mango flavoured milk. It will look so moist, delicious, you will enjoy it. It won’t take any effort and it is very easy to make.

Let’s see how to make this easy fresh mango milk cake. Here I have taken 1 cup of milk, I have heated it a little so that you can hold your finger. Your milk should be lukewarm. You have to add 2 tbsp of vinegar in it. Add vinegar and mix it lightly, leave it for a few seconds.

Basically I am making a buttermilk replacement here. Adding vinegar will make the milk curdle a little. But because of this, the cake becomes very soft and reacts with baking soda, it will give a good rise to the cake.

You can see that it has curdled a little. And we have to transfer it to a bigger bowl. Also add 1/3 cup of melted butter. Add all the mango pulp in the mixer grinder. Take 3-4 spoons of milk from the cups. Add it in and blend everything together. Once you have blended everything. Strain this mango flavored milk and add it to the milk. Strain it to remove the mango strains.

Once you have added it, add the condensed milk and cream in it. Mix everything well. You can see the consistency, it should be of such a thin consistency. So that the cake can be soaked. If you have made the consistency thick, then the cake will not be able to soak.

And the cake will remain dry from inside. So this is important. At this stage, you have to taste and check. If you like sweet more, because I have kept it moderately sweet. If you like sweets more, you can increase the amount of condensed milk. If you want more mango flavor, then you can add half cooked mango in it. You have to adjust the consistency in this way.

Step -4 Demoulding and Assembling the Cake

Now our mango flavored milk is ready. 15 minutes have passed. Let’s check our cake. You can see that there is a rise in the cake. And the surface of the cake has also been cooked from above. But if you see the middle part, the upper surface is still a little raw. You don’t have to worry at all. You have to cover it again and turn off the gas.

The residual heat will cook the top layer of the cake. So it took 15 minutes to make the sponge. And 10 minutes to cover it. And by then the rest of the preparation will also be done. So in 25 to 30 minutes, the cake is ready. It is so simple. Once you have given it a rest.

Once you have transferred it, we have to make a hole in the cake. So that the cake can drink the milk and soak well. So make holes properly. Don’t hold back. Make as many holes as you can. So that the milk can easily get inside.

You can see I have added 1/3 quantity of milk. I have kept the rest. The rest will not be wasted at all. We will serve this milk on the cake while serving. And it is very enjoyable to eat cake with milk. Once you have soaked the cake like this. You have to take a lid. Idli steamer is perfect to cover this. You have to cover it and keep it in the fridge. And for at least half to an hour you have to chill it in the fridge.
