Tanghulu is a traditional Chinese snack made with sugar syrup and a mixture of different fruits (strawberry, orange, grapes etc.). These mashed fruits are also known as tanghulu or bingtanghulu.
Tanghulu is not only the state food of Chinese but it is also known as street food and is eaten fondly in Asia. This recipe is mostly made with berries, oranges and grapes. And it also be made with other fruits.
This recipe is famous for its delicious crunch. A thin and unsweetened batter is poured over the fruit and skewered in the center of the bottom.

How to make tanghulu recipe in simple steps
Tanguturu recipe is very tasty and also has a crunch while eating. This is a simple recipe that you can easily make at home. This recipe is done in 4-5 simple steps.
While making the Tanghulu recipe we need the skewers to be long. This is because the hands should be kept some distance from the fruit while dipping the fruit in the syrup.

Step-1 First collect the fruits and keep them with you e.g Grapes, Grapes, Berries, Oranges whatever you like collect that fruit.
Step-2 After collection, remove the leaves, stems and peel of the fruits, wash them well in fresh water and dry them completely after washing.Because the sugar syrup does not stick to them completely.
Step-3 Take each fruit and skewer up to three fruits per 1 skewer, whatever you like make sure it doesn’t go beyond the middle of the fruit.

Step-4 To make Tanghulu, start by preparing the sugar syrup. Take a bowl, place it on medium heat, and add 300 ml of water along with 200 grams of sugar.

Step-5 Once the syrup is ready, bring the syrup a side in a bowl and dip your fruit skewers one by one, rotating them to get an even candy coating.

Step-6 Place the coated fruit on parchment paper and allow the sugar shell to harden completely.
