Marination Process
Take the dried chicken and put it in a bowl and add 1 teaspoon of salt to the size of the chicken and add the chicken masala and also squeeze lemon in it. Mix the chicken well until masala and salt should stick to the chicken.
Then add 2 tbsp of coriander powder, two tbsp of pepper powder, 1 tbsp of cumin, 1/2 tbsp of garam masala, 3 tbsp of red pepper (you can add kashmiri red pepper if you want more color) add a little oil in chicken and mix well.

By applying oil, the spices will hold well on the chicken pieces. Also add 4-5 pieces of green chillies, 3-4 tbsp of chopped coriander and two or three curry leaves and mix well.
Then add 3 spoons of cone powder, 8 tbsp of gram flour, 1/2 tbsp of turmeric and also take ginger paste and add it directly or else it is better if you convert the paste into juice and add it to the chicken.
Again we have to mix again. Add a little water to make it thicker and soft. After mixing, keep it aside for 1-2 hours.
Frying the Chicken Pakora
We have to take another bowl and switch the flame and put it on it and pour oil to dip the chicken pieces in it and watch it until it gets hot. After this, take the chicken pieces which we kept aside and put each piece separately in the oil without touching each other.

Keep it in it for 2 minutes and fry the chicken pieces up & down and this is because the chicken piece needs to be cooked. If the chicken is not fried properly, the chicken pieces inside will not cook and the recipe will not be tasty.
Fry the chicken pieces until it becomes the gold color. Fry all chicken pieces in the same process. After frying all chicken pieces off the flame. Put the fried chicken on a plate. Then your chicken pakora recipe is ready. It tastes better if you add onion and more green chillies to it while you eat it
