Step-1 First we need to take the potatoes we need to make pav bhaji. Take 3-4 medium sized potatoes. Wash them in fresh water and then put them in a pressure cooker (you can cut them or you can use them directly if you like) add them to the water and cook them till 3 whistles.

After cooking, take a plate of potatoes and remove the pulp from them and make them small or soft.
